About Us

Mike began his career in 1995 at The LawnPro on a mowing crew while attending the University of Louisville. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in finance and minoring in international business. In 2000, Mike was promoted to COO and took the lead on day-to-day operations. In 2020, Mike and his wife of 29 years, Dana, purchased the company from his father-in-law.

Over his 30-year career, Mike has served the industry in many capacities in many capacities and been an advocate at the local, state, and national levels. He served on the board of directors for the Snow and Ice Management Association for six years, one of which he was President. He was recognized as a Trailblazer by the National Association of Landscape Professionals and served on the board of directors for the Kentucky Turf Council.

Sean began his career in the industry right out of high school at a local garden center where he gained extensive knowledge in horticulture. He used this knowledge to start and run his own very successful landscape company until joining The LawnPro in 2009.

He quickly grew into a leadership role, now taking the lead as Operations Manager. Today, Sean oversees nearly all day-to-day operations. His passion for the industry coupled with his servant leadership has allowed him to spark tremendous growth, while supporting and developing the next generation of leaders for the company.

Laura is a dynamic new addition to the LawnPro team! Her journey began in her father's irrigation company, fostering a deep understanding of the industry from the ground up.

Laura excels at solving client problems and building strong, personal connections. Known for her unique approach and genuine enthusiasm, Laura is poised to spearhead LawnPro's business development, leveraging her expertise to expand their reach and solidify their reputation.

Her ability to focus on client needs make her a valuable asset. Since 2004 she has designed and installed irrigation systems for both commercial and residential. She is also certified to test all back flow prevention devices in the state of Kentucky. With an applicators license to spray lawns, and service and install landscape lighting. Laura's personal touch and experience with larger corporations contribute to conveying LawnPro's legitimacy and business acumen.

Tiffany holds a computer science degree from the University of Louisville and spent over a decade in the corporate world. She joined The LawnPro in 2011 in an administrative role.

Through her diligence, efficiency, and care of others she quickly took over all administrative functions for the company. She has led the charge on many system changes that has allowed the company to better serve its clients and team members. She is the friendly voice when you call and the smiling face when you stop by.
