Primary Responsibilities:
- Train, lead, and mentor assigned Crew Members.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for safety, productivity and quality.
- Inspect and maintain assigned vehicles, equipment, tools and supplies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect properties for deficiencies and communicate to the proper person for follow up.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties for enhancement opportunities and communicate to the proper person for follow up.
- Develop knowledge and skills by participating in educational opportunities as they arise and are made available and through self-study.
